Customer Service and store policy 

Please read our store policy to make your purchase as seamless as possible and thank you for visiting Product530 we've been providing excellent service since 1984.


Payments are accepted through Paypal and we also accept all Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or AMEX) payment for US orders with a valid US billing address. We ship to billing address only. If you like us to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company and add the new shipping address as alternate address.
Tax will be assessed for all shipments made to CA as required by law. Tax will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy: 

If you have any questions with compatibility please contact us before you buy.  All returns require a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) Buyers have 48 hours to inspect item for damages and must contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered. Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. Every return must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days from the date of receiving your item, all sales would be finalNon-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Physical Damage
We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Warranty warranties all parts and accessories for ninety (90) days from the shipping date. ALL Harvested and used parts/PCboard assy are NON returnable, each part/pcboard are 100% tested and in working condition. Defective parts must be returned within (14) days of the shipping date for refund or exchange. Defective Lamps are EXCHANGE only,no refunds. After 90 days, the part may carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for parts found to be defective after the expiration of the Warranty.

General delivery policy
By use of this site, customers authorize the carrier to leave a package at the destination delivery address without obtaining a signature if the carrier driver deems the location to be safe. 

Cancellations policy fills most orders within the same day as order placement. Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee an order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return.

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

All returns must have an RA number for processing. Contact  to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. RA's are only valid for thirty (30) days from the date of original product shipment to the customer. 
Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of original shipment to the customer. 
Repack in original packaging: Enclose everything originally received, including all components, manuals, and registration cards. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments

Return Shipping Cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

If Seller is a fault, return shipping cost will be refunded only if item is returned within the 30 days from the time of receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. 


We ship worldwide. Please see our shipping calculator to determine the shipping cost.
Free ground shipping is applicable only to the 48 continental states. 

We will only ship to a confirmed Paypal address or an address listed with your credit card company. No exceptions. 

Shipping For APO, FPO, HI, PR, AK, Virgin Island and all international will be ship by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please email us for shipping & handling cost.
Upon confirmation of payment, your item will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been processed and shipped. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number or confirmation of delivery after 3 business days. 

For international shipments, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the delivery time as each country has its own custom clearance requirements. Please contact your local custom broker for additional information/requirements. Customer is responsible for additional custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes. These fees are not included and may be collected at the time of delivery. These fees are non-refundable. 

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We do not ship to PO Box address and unverified addresses. We do not ship to the following countries: Singapore, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Brazil, Peru, Vietnam, Croatia, Republic of, Philippines, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Indonesia, Burkina Faso, Yemen, Oman, Latvia, Guam, Kenya, Maldives, Malaysia, Moldova, Israel, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan Republic, South Africa, Nigeria, Qatar, Venezuela, Bahrain.
